1 Lb Retail Bag Makes 18-20 Pancakes
One 1 lb retail bag of original batter mix. Makes 18–20 pancakes, 8 funnel cakes or batter for 15–20 fried cookies.
Add vegan butter and oat milk, whisk until smooth. Keep the batter thick for pancakes and waffles, thin it for funnel cakes, and dust with powdered sugar or your favorite topping.
