Your order may be protected by SurePath Package Protection, which covers your shipment against loss, theft, and damage while it's in transit to you.

What's covered: Lost · Stolen · Damaged packages

How to file a claim: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim here. Most claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days.

When to file: Please submit your claim within 30 days of your order date.

How claims are resolved: Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or a refund of your order — whichever you prefer.

Opting out: If you choose to opt out of SurePath Package Protection, Angela's Cakes is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items once your order has shipped.
